摘  要:目的:探讨人参皂苷Rb1对青霉素所致癫痫大鼠作用。方法:将大鼠随机分为正常(A)组、模型(B)组及人参皂苷Rb1(C)组。采用青霉素制作癫痫模型制作方法,观察B组及C组大鼠癫痫发作潜伏期及发作持续时间,并测定各组大鼠海马组织(SOD)、(MDA)含量。结果:C组大鼠发作潜伏期较B组明显延长(P<0.01),发作时间显著缩短(P<0.05)。C组大鼠SOD活性与B组相比显著升高(P<0.01),与A组比较明显降低(P<0.05)。C组MDA含量与B组比较显著降低(P<0.01),与A组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:人参皂苷Rb1可通过抗氧化机制发挥抗癫痫作用。Objective:To explore ginsenoside Rbl to penicillin cafise epilepsy rat role. Methods: The rats were randomly divided into normal (A) group, model group (B)and ginseng saponin Rb1 (C)group. Using the penicillin production epilepsy model making method, Observe group B and C group of rats epileptic seizure incubation period and the attack last time, And determinate the rat hippocampal tissue (SOD) and (MDA)content.Results: C rats, seizure incubation period was significantly longer than group B (P〈0.01 ). Onset time was significantly shortened(P〈0.05). C rats, SOD activity compared with group B significantly increased (P〈0.01). And group A comparison decreased obviously (P〈0.05). C group of MDA content and group B is significantly reduced (P〈0.01). And group A of comparative differences no statistical significance (P〉0.05). Conclusions:ginsenoside Rbl can through the antioxidant mechanism to play antiepileptic effect.
