摘 要:以交流电磁电器为研究对象,论述了其智能化控制原理和特点。介绍了宽电压输入交、直流通用智能控制模块中的3种开关电源设计方案。设计了具有抗电压跌落故障保护功能的控制保护模块。通过对交流接触器直流高电压启动、低电压保持的控制原理分析,提出了一种全新的基于电流控制原理的高频斩波控制思路。通过对启动闭环、保持闭环的双闭环控制,实现了运行过程实时控制,对电磁电器的控制具有普遍意义。Taking AC electromagnetic apparatus as the study object, the intelligent control principle and characteristics of AC electromagnetic apparatus were discussed. Three design schemes of switching power supply used in AC/DC intelligent control module with wide range of input voltage were described. And the control protecting module with fault protection of anti-voltage sag was designed. A new high frequency chopping control idea based on the principle of current control was proposed through the analysis on the control principle of the high voltage starting and low voltage keeping in DC voltage of AC contactor. Besides, it realized the real-time control in the operation process through the double closed loop control in the starting and keeping closed loop. It has a general significance to the control of electromagnetic apparatus.
