腰息痛胶囊紫外谱线组法研究初探

摘　　要：目的利用紫外谱线组法对市售的不同厂家腰息痛胶囊进行特征性考察，为其质量评定提供参考。方法分别以水、无水乙醇、氯仿及石油醚为溶剂制备不同厂家腰息痛胶囊提取液，在190—400llm波长范围内测定其紫外吸收光谱。结果腰息痛胶囊在水提液、无水乙醇、氯仿、石油醚提取液中分别在（195±1）与242nm、（203±1）与249nm、247nm、（226±2）及269nm处具有一定的特征性吸收，在同一溶剂中不同厂家产品的峰形几乎无差别。结论紫外谱线组简便、快速，可用于腰息痛胶囊质量的初步评定。Objective To observe the Yaoxitong capsules of different manufactures using the method of ultraviolet spectral line group： Methods Water, ethanol, chloroform and petroleum were used as solvent to abtain the ultraviolet absorption spectroscopy in 190-400 nm of Yaoxitong capsules of different manufacturers. Results The Yaoxitong capsules of different manufacturers in four solvents have characteristic absorption. The maximum absorption spectra were respectively （ 195 ± 1 ） nm and 242 nm ; （203± 1 ） nm and 249 nm; 247 nm, （226± 2） nm and 269 nm in water, ethanol, chloroform and petroleum. The respective absorbance was no different in the same solvent. Conclusion The method can provide reference for the initial equality evaluation of Yaoxitong cap- sules.
