摘 要:目的:观察咳喘宁对哮喘豚鼠Eotaxin的调节作用。方法:将40只豚鼠随机分为:正常对照组,不做任何处理;模型组,用卵清蛋白诱喘;咳喘宁治疗组,使用卵清蛋白诱发哮喘后,用咳喘宁治疗;地塞米松组,使用卵清蛋白诱发哮喘后用地塞米松治疗。采用酶联免疫双抗体夹心(ELISA)法检测各组血中和肺泡灌洗液中Eotaxin的水平。结果:与模型组比较,咳喘宁组血和肺泡灌洗液中的Eotaxin水平明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其作用与地塞米松比较,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论:咳喘宁防治哮喘的作用机制与降低Eotaxin水平有关。Objective: To observe the effect of Kechuanning on adjusting Eotaxin in asthma Guinea pigs. Methods: Forty Guinea pigs were randomized into the control group (CG),model group(MG), Kechuanning pretreated group (KPG) and dexam- ethasone pretreated group (DPG).The animals in MG,KPG and DPG were given egg albumin to establish the model of asthma. The animals in KPG were treated with Kechuanning; and the animals in DPG were treated with dexamethasone. The counts of total Eotaxin in serum and in bronchoalveolar lavage(BALF) were measured according to ELISA.Results: Compared with MG, the contents of Eotaxin in serum and BALF were marked decreased in the guinea pigs of KPG(P〈0.05), and there was no significant difference between KPG and DPG(P〉0.05).Conclusion: The mechanism of preventing and curing asthma of Kechuan- ning was related with decreasing the lever of Eotaxin.
