摘 要:目的:建立测定复方苦参子洗液中盐酸小檗碱含量的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱:DIONEX-C18(250 nm×4.6 nm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.05 mol/L磷酸二氢钾水溶液;流速:1.0 mL.min-1;检测波长:354 nm;进样量:20μL;柱温:30℃。结果:盐酸小檗碱在6.2-148.8μg/mL浓度范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9995),平均回收率为99.58%,RSD%为1.29%。结论:该方法简单,结果准确、可靠,可用于复方苦参子洗液中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定。Objective: To establish a method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride in Compound Kushenzi Lo- tion. Methods: The method was established on a DIONEX -C18(250 nm×4.6 nm, 5 μm) column, mobile phase consisting of ace- tonitril-0.05 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution, flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, the detection of length was 354 nm, col- umn temperature of 30 ℃, and sample size of 20 μL. Results: The calibration curve of berberine hydrochloride were in good linearity within the range of 6.2-148.8 μg/mL(r=0.9995), the average recovery was 99.58% with RSD% 1.29%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, reliable, and it can be used for determination of berberine hydrochloride in Compound Kushenzi Lotion.
