摘　　要：文章主要从理化性质、药理作用以及体内代谢等方面综述天麻单体化合物抗老年期痴呆的研究,认为天麻含有多种活性成分,在抗脑缺血、保护神经细胞和增强学习记忆等方面有广泛药理活性,对老年期痴呆的治疗能提供参考。The article mainly reviews on anti-senile dementia component of Gastrodia Elata Blurne including its physical and chemical properties, pharmacological action and metabolism in vivo, etc. The chemical ingredients of Gastrodia Elata Blume have extensive pharmacological activities, such as counteracting cerebral ischemia, protecting nerve cells and enhancing learning and memory, which can provide reference on treatment of Senile dementia.
