摘　　要：通过观察苦瓜桑椹复合饮料对2型糖尿病模型大鼠胰岛素抵抗的影响,揭示该方治疗2型糖尿病的作用机理,为提高中医药防治2型糖尿病临床疗效,进一步开发治疗2型糖尿病的中药新药打下坚实的基础。实验各项指标显示苦瓜桑椹复合饮料能降低2型糖尿病大鼠的血糖水平,改善糖尿病大鼠的血脂和肝功能,其降糖作用机理,可能是通过降低血液中炎性因子,如肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)的水平,改善胰岛素抵抗,增加胰岛素敏感性,从而达到治疗效果。To reveal the mechanism of Kuguasangshen Compound beverage in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus by observe effect of Kuguasangshen Compound beverage on insulin resistance in type -2 diabetic rats which used Modified Jiaotai Pills, in order to improve the level of prevention and treatment in type2 diabetes mellitus Clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine and pharmacy,and lay a solid foundation in further development for New drugs of traditional Chinese Medicine in treating type 2diabetes mellitus. The Kuguasangshen Compound beverage can reduce the blood glucose levels in the risk of type 2 diabetes rats,improved serum lipids and liver function of diabetic rats. The hypeglycemic mechanism of action, possibly by reducing blood inflammatory factors, such as tumor necrosis factor - alpha （ TNF - alpha）, interleukin 6 （ IL - 6） level, im- prove insulin resistance, as well as increased insulin sensitivity, in order to achieve therapeutic effect
