摘　　要：根据设备结构原理,结合实际工作经验,对岛津XRF-1800 X荧光光谱分析仪不同状态真空泄漏故障的原因进行了分析和探讨,并归纳出排查此类故障的方法。The paper analyzes and discusses the causes of leakage failure of vacuum system of Shimadzu XRF - 1800 X -ray fluorescence spectrometer under different conditions on the basis of the structure and principle of equip- ment and actual operation experience, summarizes the methods to diagnose such failures.
