摘　　要：文章针对叶片加料筒的加水管道长期使用后生锈结垢、难以清理导致加水不稳定的问题,通过设计改进,将自来水供水方式改成由水箱蓄水再通过水泵供水后,设备加水稳定性得到提高,物料加工过程中需加水量得到保证,叶片的加水效果得到了有效控制。This paper improves the blade charging cylinder water system for it＇s unsustainable to add water, because of it＇s hard to clean the rust of the water pipe of the long-term used blade feeding tube.After turnning the water supply mode to sore water in tank and conveying water by pump.The stability of adding water system are enhanced, the amount of adding water in material fabrication process are guaranteed, the effect of adding water blade is controlled effectively.
