摘　　要：文章通过分析YB45硬盒包装机铝箔纸吸风输送装置的工作原理,在吸风导纸板表面增加细槽及镀镍,在吸风座上增加两个吸风通道,解决了吸风输送装置吸风通道容易积尘,导致吸风导纸板对铝箔纸阻力大,造成铝箔纸输送不畅、歪斜的问题,达到减少铝箔纸输送故障、提高生产效率而且便于清洁保养的目的。By analyzing the working principle of wind suction handler of aluminum foil paper in YB45 hard packer, increasing the fine grooves and niekelage in the surface of the paper guide of wind suction handler, in the same time, increasing two suction channels in the suction pedestal,dust in suction channel of wind suction handler,which cause aluminum foil paper not conveyed freely or skew has been solved. The aluminum foil paper conveying failure was reduced, production efficiency was improved and it is easy to clean and maintain.
