工厂化生产杏鲍菇菌糠栽培平菇配方研究

摘　　要：杏鲍菇工厂化生产后的菌糠养分非常丰富,栽培基质养分未充分转化。以工厂化栽培杏鲍菇的菌糠为主要基质,以玉米芯为主料制成不同的组合进行袋栽平菇配方筛选试验。结果表明,不同配方栽培平菇长势均良好,当杏鲍菇菌糠含量为60%时,平菇产量达到最高,成本较对照降低约29.8%。The nutrients of mushroom bran ofpleurotus eryngii factory production is very rich, a lot of nutuients has not being used as well. In this study, mushroom bran of pleurotus eryngii factory production was taken as main suhstrate, corncob was taken as main material, they were made into different combination for the screening test of pleurotus ostreatus formulas. The results showed that the pleurotu.s ostreatus growing well in different fromula. When the content of the pleurotus eryngii mushroom bran was 60%, the mushroonl production reached the highest, at the same time, the cost reduced about 29.80/0.
