摘 要:室内条件下采用浸渍法和胃毒法测定了鱼藤酮、印楝素、苦参碱3种植物源制剂及Bt工程菌对黄曲条跳甲卵和幼虫的生物活性。结果表明,12.5 mg/L鱼藤酮、20 mg/L苦参碱,0.5%印楝素乳油2 000倍及Bt工程菌粉500倍可显著抑制黄曲条跳甲卵孵化。4种生物制剂对黄曲条跳甲三龄幼虫均具有杀虫活性,其中以印楝素的活性最佳,对三龄幼虫的LC50为1.00 mg/L。The biological activity of three kinds of plant insecticides (Rotenoid, azadirachtin, matrine) and Engineering Bt against the 3rd instar larvae and eggs of Phyllotreta striolata was conducted under lab condition, with the method of maceration and stomach toxic. The results indicated that rotenone at 12.5 mg/L concentration, matrine at 20 mg/L concentration, 0.5% azadirachtin EC or the Engineering Bt with 500 fold dilution have a significant effect on controlling the eggs hatching of P.striolata. All the botanical insecticides showed strong bio-activity against the 3rd instar larvae of the beetle, and the azadirachtin was the best with the LCs0 of which was 1.00 mg/L.
