广东县市农业科技进步考核监测体系构建

摘　　要：从农业科技工作领导与管理、农业科技进步基础、农业科技投入、农业科技产出、农业科技支撑、科技进步促进农业经济发展和环境改善等6个方面,构建起由6个考核指标、16个观察指标和41个监测指标构成的广东省县(市)农业科技进步考核监测体系,并提出运用这一考核监测体系的建议。This study structured an appraising and monitoring index system of Agricultural Science and Technology Progress in cities and counties in Guangdong. This system included six appraising indexes, sixteen observation indexes and forty-one monitoring indexes. It based on the following six aspects： agricultural science and technology working leadership and management, agricultural science and technology progress basis, agricultural science and technology input and output, agricuhural science and technology support, science and technology progress promoting economic development, environment improvement. It also put forward a suggestion for using this appraising and monitoring system.
