摘 要:通过建立随机前沿生产函数模型,利用1995—2009年我国15个小麦主产区的投入产出面板数据,对我国小麦生产的技术效率和技术进步率进行测算分析。结果表明,各个产区的小麦生产总体技术效率水平较高,并在波动中不断上升;我国小麦生产已经取得明显的技术进步,但各个产区技术进步程度存在区域差异;小麦生产的技术变化增长率而呈下降趋势。This paper calculated and analyzed the technical efficiency and the rate of the technical development of wheat production through establishing the stochastic frontier analysis function model (SFA) on the base of the input-output panel data of major wheat- producing areas which included 15 provinces (cities) in China from 1995 to 2009. The research showed that the total tethnicat efficiency of all wheat-producing areas were relative high, showing a fluctuation escalating trend; the technical development of Chiuaesc wheat productinn is significance, but there were some regional differences in the degree of technical development to all areas; the growth rate of technology change showed a downward trend.
