苗药鸡胚地龙膏对急性腰痛镇痛作用的随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的探讨苗药鸡胚地龙膏对急性腰痛的镇痛作用及其与患者预期的关系。方法采用随机双盲对照试验设计方法,选择138例急性腰痛患者,随机分为治疗组73例,采用鸡胚地龙膏治疗;对照组65例,采用跌打镇痛膏治疗,2组治疗疗程均为8 d。分别于治疗前、治疗2,4,6,8 d进行简式McGill疼痛问卷(SF-MPQ)、重复改良的Schober试验(MMS)、预期和治疗信任度问卷(ETCS)评分及观察不良反应情况。结果治疗4,6,8 d后,治疗组感觉项总分(S-PRI)、情感项总分(A-PRI)、疼痛评分指数总分(T-PRI)、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、现实疼痛强度评分(PPI)及MMS评分与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗8 d,治疗组ETCS1、ETCS2、ETCS3、ETCS4及ETCS合计值分别与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2组治疗期间均未见不良反应发生。结论鸡胚地龙膏能显著减轻急性腰痛患者的疼痛,起效迅速,安全、无毒副作用,是一种治疗急性腰痛较为理想的药物。Objective To assess the analgesic effect of Jipei ointment on acute lumbago and the relationship between the analgesic effect and the expectation of patients.Methods A randomized, double blind,controlled trial was designed. 138 cases of acute lumbago were randomly divided into two groups, 73 cases were in the treatment group and 65 cases were in the control group. The course in two groups was 8 days. simplified McGiU pain questionnaire （SF-MPQ）, Schober test and repeated modified （MMS） treatment, expectations and trust questionnaire （ETCS） score and adverse reactions were observed before treatment, 2, 4, 6, 8 days Respectively. Results 4, 6, 8 days after treatment group, sensory score （S-PRI）, emotional score （A-PRI）, pain rating index score（T-PRI）, visual analogue scale （VAS）, the reality of pain intensity score （PPI） score and MMS score were compared with control, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.01）; 8 D treatment, treatment group ETCS1, ETCS2, ETCS3, ETCS4 and ETCS total value respectively, compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. During the treatment there was no adverse reaction in the 2 groups. Conclusion Jipei ointment can reduce acute pain of lumbago significantly. It is rapid, safe, non-toxic side effects, it was an ideal drug to treat acute lumbago.
