黄冈职院附属医院抗菌药物应用情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解黄冈职院附属医院抗菌药物的使用情况,为规范医院使用抗菌药物提供依据。方法收集附属医院近三年来抗菌药物的用药品种、销售金额、使用频率,日均消费进行统计和分析。结果抗菌药物用药品种、金额、频率、日均消费、剂型较为规范,但国家基本药物抗菌药物品种的应用在逐年下降。结论附属医院对抗菌药物的临床应用基本合理,但是对国家基本药物应用的逐年下降趋势,应引起重视,及时调整。Objective ： to know the use of antibacterial in the Affiliated Hospital of Huanggang Polytechnic college, and provide the basis for the use of antimicrobial agents for hospital. Methods ： Collect the drugs, sales amount, frequency of use, average daily consumption statistics of the hospital in recent three years and make an analysis. Results ： the varieties, amount, frequency, average daily consumption, dosage of the antimicrobial drugs is regular, but the application of national essential drugs of antibiotics de- creased year by year. Conclusion： The clinical application of antibiotics was basically rational in Affiliated Hospital, but the use of the national essential drug application is decreased year by year, which should be paid attention to and need timely adjustment.
