摘　　要：河南是中华文明的重要发祥地,文化旅游资源非常丰富。但是河南对旅游文化资源的利用还不够充分,对外传播的规模和速度还有待于进一步拓展。对此应该从三个方面来加强河南旅游文化资源的对外传播及其吸引力:转变观念、培养人才和改善环境。这样我们才能改变现状,不断进取,实现河南文化旅游又快又好地发展,助力中原经济区建设。Henan Province is an important birthplace of China＇s ancient civilization with lots of cultural traveling resources. However , they are not exploited wisely and thoroughly. As for its outspread, it is far from desirable. There are three main aspects to accelerate the outspread speed： to transform the concept, to cultivate talents and improve the environment. Only in this way can we make great progress in changing the present situation and making cultural travel proceed steadily and rapidly in the construction of Central China Economic Zone.
