摘　　要：目的:探讨DC/CIK细胞治疗心脏毒性反应的护理效果。方法:回顾性分析152例接受DC/CIK细胞治疗的癌症患者的心电图资料。结果:152例患者中有15例出现心电图异常,发生率为9.8%,其中窦性心动过缓3例,窦性心动过速6例,心肌缺血6例。经采取相关护理措施,未出现不良后果。结论:DC/CIK细胞治疗对癌症患者心脏有一定影响。如果给予高度重视,加强护理,可避免严重后果。Objective： To explore the nursing of the DC/CIK cell therapy on cardiac toxicity.Method： A retrospective ECG date analysis of 152 cases of cancer patients receiving DC/CIK cell therapy was done.Result： There were 15 cases of ECG abnormalities.The incidence rate was 9.8%. There were 3 cases of sinus bradycardia, 6 cases of sinus tachycardia and 6 cases of myocardial ischemia.Related care measures, there was not adverse consequences.Conclusion： The patient＇s heart was affected by DC/CIK cell therapy to some extent.However, if given high priority and nursing can avoid serious consequences.
