食管癌围术期加强呼吸道护理干预的方法及效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预在食管癌患者围术期呼吸道管理中的作用。方法 153例食管癌手术患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组60例给予常规护理,观察组93例在对照组基础上实施护理干预。观察2组肺部并发症情况。结果观察组肺部感染、肺不张发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论及时有效的护理干预对食管癌患者围术期并发症有积极的预防作用,能促进排痰,预防感染,减轻患者痛苦。Objective To explore the significance of nursing care in the peri-operative respiratory management. Methods 153 cases of esophageal cancer operation were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 60 cases were in the control group were given conventional nursing, the observation group and 93 cases in the observed group were given nursing intervention, pulmonary complications in 2 groups were observed. Results In the observation group, the rate of the pulmonary infection and atelectasis of patients was significant lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The timely and effective nurses can positively prevent the peri-operative period complications of esophageal cancer, control infection, promote reiner and relieve pain.
