资源环境压力下的城镇空间组织模式探索——以《江苏省城镇体系规划(2012-2030)》为例

摘　　要：当前中国尤其是经济要素不断集中的发达地区,一方面肩负着引领全国经济发展的重任,同时也面临着巨大的资源环境压力。本文以江苏省城镇体系规划为例,探讨了生产要素集聚和资源环境压力空间错位下,以非均衡发展和主体功能发展为发展思路的"紧凑城市、开敞区域"城镇空间模式。Currently, China, especially developed area, is facing the confliction between the function of leading national economic growth and the huge resource and environment pressure. Taking Jiangsu Province as a example, the paper discusses the regional spatial pattern under the mismatch of the resource and environment pressure and the aggregation of production factors. The objective of the pattern is to .improve the land use efficiency and protect the environment and farm land with the idea of the unbalanced development and developing priory functions.
