摘  要:以硼酸二甘油酯棕榈酸酯作为PVC-稻壳粉木塑润滑加工助剂应用于木塑的加工研究,考察了稻壳粉在木塑复合材料中加入量分别为30%、40%、50%、60%时产品的性能。结果表明:当加入比例增大时,产品的挤出速度、冲击强度、拉伸强度和弯曲强度都有不同程度的提高。当硼酸二甘油酯棕榈酸酯的加入量完全替代原有润滑剂使用时,PVC-稻壳粉木塑的挤出速度平均提高了3.98%。冲击强度平均增加了2.36%,拉伸强度平均增加了0.82%,弯曲强度平均增加了0.55%。同时吸水率最大增加了0.21%。The effect of boric diglyceride palmitic acid ester that performs as lubricate on the mechanical properties of PVC - rice hull powder composite materials was studied. Experiments with 30%, 40%, 50% and 60% addition of rice hull were conducted. The results showed that the extrusion rate, impact strength, tensile strength and bending strength of the wood - plastic composite all increased as the addition of boric diglyceride palmitic acid ester increased. Averagely, the extrusion rate, impact strength, tensile strength and bending strength of PVC - rice hull powder wood - plastic composite increased 3.98%, 2.36%, 0.82% and 0.55% respectively while the lubricant were only boric diglyceride palmitic acid ester. Meanwhile, the most water absorption rate increased to 0. 21%.
