摘　　要：研究了新型大白鲨锡林针布对生条质量的影响问题。用aQura对新型大白鲨针布所加工的生条进行了检测,结果显示新型大白鲨针布所加工的生条与普通针布所加工的生条相比,棉结去除率高2.28%,平均纤维有效长度高0.57 mm,短绒率下降2.5%,大白鲨锡林针布有利于生条质量的改善,原因在于其良好的光洁度、耐磨度和锋利度。To study the effect of new type Great White Shark card clothing on sliver quality, sliver produced with the clothing was tested with aQura. The results showed that, comparing with the sliver produced with traditional clothing, the nep removal rate and average fabric length increased 2.28% and 0.57 mm, respectively; the short fiber content decreased 2.5 %. The good fineness, abrasion resistance and sharpness of this new type card clothing are factors helpful to improve the sliver quality.
