摘 要:以粉煤灰和赤泥等为主要原料,采用高温熔融法制备玻璃陶瓷。利用抗折试验仪、扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪等对所制备的玻璃陶瓷的力学性能和显微结构进行了测试和表征。结果表明,在粉煤灰和赤泥的总用量达到90%时,可以制得性能优良的玻璃陶瓷。通过实验研究表明,热处理温度对赤泥粉煤灰玻璃陶瓷的抗折强度有较大影响,最佳的热处理温度是900℃。Glass--ceramics was prepared by using the raw materials such as fly ash, red mud and so on. The mechanical properties and micro--structure were determined by bending tester, scanning electron microscope and X--ray diffractometer. The experimental results show that high performance glass--ceramics can be obtained even though the total amount of the fly ash and red mud were up to 90%. The experimental results show that the heat--treated temperature played an important role on the properties of glass--ceramics. The optimal heat--treated temperature is at 900℃.
