长石原料成分的波动及其控制

摘　　要：主要研究了长石原料成分的波动情况，以及因为其波动所导致的坯料的成分波动，是影响产品质量的主要因素之一。我们针对长石的构成、分布，在配方中的应用以及长石的化学成分的波动情况和因为化学成分波动引起的坯料配方成分的波动，从而引起产品的质量波动，作了较深入探讨。为了控制长石的成分波动所带来的影响，提出了相应的解决措施。并由此提出接近标准的，却没有达到标准的长石，只要控制得当，采取必要的技术措施，是完全可以应用于生产的。The paper described the feldspar raw materials composition fluctuations and its fluctuations cause the fluctua- tions of blank composition. This is one of the main factors of affecting products quality. We have a depth discussion about the feldspar constitute and distribution and the applications in the formula and the fluctuations of its composition cause the fluctua- tions of the blank composition and the products quality. In order to control the fluctuations of feldspar composition and avoid the effect, we propose the corresponding solutions. And then we propose the feldspar that close to the standard, but doesn＇t reach the standard, as long as the control properly and taking the necessary technical measures that is completely can be ap- plied to the production.
