肾囊肿介入性超声治疗的应用与临床研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨介入性超声对肾囊肿的治疗作用与临床意义。方法：对32例患者34个肾囊肿在实时超声显像下直接经皮穿刺，注入硬化剂使囊腔上皮细胞变性、失去分泌功能，并抽吸出囊液。结果：肾囊肿抽出液多为淡黄色，术后3-6个月复查所有囊肿均闭合。结论：介入性超声引导下对肾囊肿进行穿刺抽吸治疗，简便、有效，值得临床上推广应用。Objective： To explore the therapeutic action and clinical significance of interventional ultrasound in renal cyst.Method： 34 cases of renal cyst from 32 patients were treated with direct pereutaneous puncture under the real-time ultrasanography, and were injected in sclcrosing agent to make chamber epithelial cells denaturation, lose secretion function and suck cyst fluid.Result： Aspiration of the renal cyst revealed more faint yellow, and all cysts were closed at 3 to 6 months of postoperative check.Conclusion： Interventional ultrasound guided needle puncture aspiration treatment of renal cysts, it is an easy and efficient method, worth to promote in the clinical application.
