摘 要:以3个饲用高粱品种为材料,设置4个施氮水平,研究了施氮量对其茎秆品质性状的影响。结果表明,粗蛋白和粗脂肪含量随生育进程不断增加,均在拔节后52d达到最高值,粗纤维含量呈现先降低后升高的趋势。3个品种粗蛋白含量随施氮量的递增呈先增加后降低的趋势,在N2处理时达到最高值;粗纤维含量随施氮量的递增而递增;在乳熟期和蜡熟期,3个品种粗脂肪含量N3与N0处理间差异均达显著水平。粗蛋白和粗纤维存在正向超亲优势或正向中亲优势,二者超亲优势最高分别可达55.35%和2.99%;粗脂肪则表现出负向超亲优势或负向中亲优势。施用氮肥可改进饲用高粱的品质,每公顷施纯氮280kg时其品质最佳。Three forage sorghum cultivars were used to study the effects of nitrogen rate on quali- ty properties of stems by setting four nitrogen levels. The results showed that the content of crude protein and fat increased continuously with the developing stages, reaching the highest value at 52 days after jointing,while the content of crude fiber decreased firstly and increased subse- quently. The crude protein content increased with the increase of nitrogen rate, but decreased when the nitrogen rate exceeded the critical point, N2 treatment being the highest. The crude fiber content increased by degrees with the nitrogen rate,and had significant difference between N3 and NO treatment at milk stage and dough stage for the 3 cultivars. The crude protein and crude fiber had the positive over-parent heterosis or mid-parent heterosis, the highest value of over-parent heterosis being 55.35% and 2.99%, respectively. However, the crude fat showed the negative over-parent heterosis or negative mid-parent heterosis. The nitrogen fertilization could improve the quality of forage sorghum. The best forage quality came from the treatment of 280 kg/ha pure nitrozen.
