摘　　要：目的探讨手术治疗波及跟距关节的跟骨粉碎性骨折的方法细节和注意事项。方法观察对30例关节内跟骨粉碎性骨折采取切开复位内固定术适当配合植骨和骨水泥填塞技术治疗后足功能恢复情况和解剖复位情况。结果 Margland Foot Score评分示术后足功能恢复情况为优28足,良10足,差4足。优良率达90.48%。结论切开复位内固定术配合植骨和骨水泥填塞治疗关节内跟骨粉碎骨折疗效较好。Objective To explore the surgical treatment of conformance with distance articular calcaneus comminuted fracture method details and the matters needing attention. Methods 30 cases of observation intra-articular calcaneal comminuted fracture take open reduction and internal fixation with appropriate for bone graft and bone cement filling techniques for the treatment of foot after function recovery and anatomy reset condition. Results The Margland Foot Score Score and postoperative recovery Foot function for optimal and Foot, good 10 feet and sent 4 Foot. The excellent-good rate is 90.48%. Conclusion Open reduction with internal fixation and bone graft and bone cement filling treatment of intra-articular calcaneal crushing fracture curative effect is good.
