摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗妇科肿瘤的临床效果。方法以该院2009年1月—2012年1月收治的35例妇科肿瘤患者为研究对象,所有患者均进行常规腹腔镜手术。结果该组患者除1例于腹腔镜手术中转开腹外,其他患者均顺利进行腹腔镜手术。且手术创伤小、出血量少,术后住院时间短,并发症较少。结论在妇科肿瘤的治疗中应用腹腔镜手术可有效减轻患者的痛苦,且疗效显著。Objective To observe the laparoscopic operation in the treatment of gynecologic tumor clinical effect. Methods In my hospital in 2009 January to 2012 January treated 35 cases of gynecologic oncology patients as the object of study, all patients underwent laparoscopic operation. Results In this group of patients except for 1 patients in the laparoseopic operation converted to laparotomy, other patients were successfully performed a laparoscopic operation. And the operation less trauma, less bleeding, shorter postoperative hospital stays, less complication. Conclusion In the treatment of gynecologic tumors in the application of la- paroscopic operation can effectively reduce the pain of patients and the effect of significantly.
