摘　　要：目的探讨破裂颅内动脉瘤介入治疗后早期持续腰大池引流的临床应用效果。方法选取收治的52例破裂颅内动脉瘤介入手术患者,比较两组患者的临床应用效果。结果两组患者在术后脑血管痉挛发生率和死亡率上比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予破裂颅内动脉瘤介入治疗后的患者进行早期持续腰大池引流治疗效果显著。Objective To investigate the rupture of intracranial aneurysm after interventional therapy of early continuous lumbar cistern drainage effect of clinical application. Methods The hospital in August 2011 to August 2012 were treated in our hospital in 52 patients with ruptured intracranial aneurysm interventional operation patients, comparing the two groups of patients with clinical application effect. Results The two groups of patients in postoperative cerebral vasospasm incidence rate and mortality rate were significant differences（P〈0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusion Given the rupture of intracranial aneurysm after interventional therapy in patients with early continuous lumbar cistern drainage for the treatment of significant effect.
