30例支撑喉镜下声带息肉摘除手术的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨支撑喉镜下声带息肉摘除手术的应用。方法回顾性分析2010年8月—2012年2月该院在支撑喉镜下行声带息肉摘除手术患者的临床资料,分析支撑喉镜下声带息肉摘除手术的优缺点。结果该组30例患者,一次性治愈24例,好转4例,无效2例,总有效率93.3%。2例无效为广基型伴声带肥厚。该组患者无前牙松动,伤及软腭粘膜1例。术后当天咽喉疼痛1例,检查无异常后自行消失。结论支撑喉镜下声带息肉摘除手术效果好,操作准确,术后反应较小,值得临床推广。Objective The application experience of vocal cord polyp removal surgery under prop-up laryngoscope was discussed. Methods The method of retrospective analysis on the clinical data of patients with vocal cord polyp removal surgery under prop- up laryngoscope who were treated in our hospital from August 2010 to February 2012 was adopted to analyze advantages and disadvantages of the removal surgery for vocal cord polyp removal under prop-up laryngoscope. Results There were 30 cases of patients in our group and 24 eases of disposable occurrence, 4 cases of improvement and 2 cases of invalidity with the overall effective rate 93.3%. The 2 cases of invalidity were wide basic type with plump vocal cord. There was no front tooth loose with the patients in our group and 1 case of soft palate mucosa injury. After the surgery, there was only 1 case of throat pain on the same day, which disappeared itself after inspection. Conclusion The surgery effect of vocal cord polyp removal surgery under prop-up laryn- goscope is good with accurate operation and little post-operation reaction, so it is worth being promoted clinically.
