摘　　要：通过全面方位、科学的护理管理,提高护理人员整体素质,全面提升医院的服务和医疗保障能力,并不断加强战地救护实践训练,促进海战场救护能力全面建设。该文就如何优化护理方案、提高护理质量、提高护理人员整体素质等展开讨论,促进护理工作的不断进步。此外该文还就如何加强海战场救护训练展开研究,为促进海上救护能力的不断提高提供参考,期望可以为中国海军有黄水迈向蓝水尽自己微薄的贡献,促进我海军的又快又好发展,为"打得赢"提供过硬的护理保障能力。Through a comprehensive range, scientific nursing management, we try to improve the overall quality of nursing staff, improve hospital services and the ability of medical support, and constantly enhance the rescue practice, promote the sea battle- field rescue ability overall construction. This article talked about how to optimize the nursing program, improve nursing quality, improve overall quality of nursing staff in discussions, to promote nursing progress. In addition, this paper also talked about how to strengthen the training of naval battlefield ambulance launches the research, to promote maritime rescue capability continuously improve to provide reference.
