摘 要:针对作战决策同步难以定量化研究问题,提出从时间角度来定量研究作战决策同步。首先,从时间消耗角度分析作战决策同步过程,提出作战沟通的时效性指标;其次,建立具有时滞耦合效应的作战决策同步模型;最后,通过实例分析可知,该模型克服了由群体沟通意见模式造成沟通后决策水平不一致的缺点。提出采用调整网络联接和转移决策目标节点的方法,可提升作战决策同步性能,为作战决策同步定量研究提供一种新思路。Considering that it is difficult to study quantitatively the operational decision-making synchronization, we pro Firstly, the process of operational decision-making time, and time-consuming measure indexes of operati synchronization was analyzed from the viewpoint of on communication were proposed. Secondly, the time lag coupling model of operational decision-making synchronization was established. Finally, the case analysis showed that the shortcomings that the opinion of the operation systems can not reach unification could be solved with the proposed model. Some methods, such as adjusting links in network and shifting the target decision node, were given to improve the capability of decision-making synchronization, which supplied a new way for quantitative study on decision-making synchronization.
