摘 要:通过分析天津市近10年的火灾统计资料,采用定量和定性的方法,对城市各类用地的火灾危险性进行分指标分析。将城市用地的火灾危险性以城市用地的火灾发生概率、火灾造成的财产损失、伤亡人数和社会影响等指标进行表征,并采用代码方式对各类规划用地的火灾危险性指标进行编码。研究成果能够反映天津市不同类型用地的火灾特点,使城市各类用地火灾风险的整体分布更为具体、清晰,便于规划人员和消防部门参考使用。In this paper, fire statistical data of Tianjin in the last 10 years were analyzed. Based on it, the fire hazards of various types of urban lands were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively with sub-index. Fire hazard of each kind of urban land was characterized by the index of probability of fire occurrence, property loss caused by fire, casualties after the fire, and the corresponding social impact. Finally, the land fire hazard index coding of urban lands was obtained. The research results can reflect the fire features of different types of urban land in Tianjin, which helps to make the overall fire hazards distribution of various types of urban lands more specific and distinct. It will provide reference for fire planners and fire departments.
