摘　　要：目的分析2008-2011年河北省手足口病流行特征,为制定手足口病防控措施提供依据。方法收集2008-2011年手足口病疫情资料和实验室检测结果,进行描述流行病学分析。结果 2008-2011年河北省报告病例数29 563例、110 148例、95 830例、71 871例,报告发病率为42.58/10万、158.62/10万、136.23/10万和100.03/10万。病例主要集中在河北省中南部地区和中东部地区,全年均有病例报告,以4～8月为发病高峰,发病人群以5岁及以下幼儿为主,男性的发病率高于女性,以散居儿童为主,引起河北省手足口病流行的主要病原体为EV71和CA16,并伴有一定比例的其他肠道病毒。重症病例EV71感染比例较高,达81.02%。结论 2008-2011年河北省手足口病呈高发流行态势,每年的4～8月份应加强5岁及以下散居儿童的手足口病防控工作。Objective To analyze epidemiological characteristics of hand - foot - mouth disease （HFMD） in He- bei province from 2008 to 2011, and to provide basis for prevention and control measures for HFMD. Methods The epidemiological data and laboratory results were both collected from 2008 to 2011, and descriptive epide- miological analysis was performed. Results Cases reported from 2008 to 2011 were 29 563, I10 148, 95 830 and 71 871, respectively. The reported mobidity was 42. 58/105, 158.62/105, 136. 23/105 and 100.03/ 105 respectively, from 2008 to 2011. The cases were mainly distributed in the central - southern and central - eastern regions of the province. The cases were reported all year round, with a peak appeared from A- pril to August. The cases were mainly children under 5 years, and the incidence in males was higher than that in females, mainly scattered children. EV71 and CA16 were the main pathogen of HFMD; EV71 infection ac- counted for the most proportion in severe cases, reached up to 81.02%. Conclusion HFMD appeared high epidemic trend in 2009 and 2011 ; control and prevention measures need to be enhanced during April to August yearly, focusing on the scattered children under 5 years.
