犬伤门诊医务人员狂犬病防治知识调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解成都市犬伤门诊医务人员对狂犬病防治知识的掌握现状,为有针对性地开展规范化的犬伤处置培训工作,提高医务人员的业务素质及其服务水平提供参考和依据。方法对成都市21家犬伤门诊医务人员开展现场问卷调查,调查内容包括医务人员的一般情况(年龄、性别、职称和文化程度等)和狂犬病知识掌握现状(狂犬病防治、动物致伤处理及疫苗和血清相关知识)。结果市级及以上、区级与社区级犬伤门诊在法定执业资质和犬伤培训方面差异有统计学意义,市级及以上门诊的犬伤处置资质和培训最差,区级门诊在犬伤培训方面做的最好(χ2=13.259,P<0.05);医生与护士在基础知识(Z=2 229.50,P<0.01)、犬伤处理(Z=2 634.00,P=0.019)和总体得分方面(Z=2 349.50,P<0.01)差异有统计学意义,医生的得分高于护士,而在免疫制剂知识得分方面(Z=3 206.50,P=0.75)差异没有统计学意义;3个级别门诊医务人员在狂犬病基础知识(Z=5.046,P=0.080)和免疫制剂知识得分方面(Z=1.738,P=0.419)差异无统计学意义,而在犬伤处理(Z=8.876,P=0.012)和总体得分方面(Z=8.884,P=0.012)差异有统计学意义,区级门诊得分最高。结论成都市区级犬伤门诊医务人员的专业素质较市级和社区级高,医生的专业素质高于护士。卫生行政部门应针对不同级别犬伤门诊和医护所承担的不同工作任务开展针对性的规范化犬伤知识培训,提高医护人员的业务能力,促进狂犬病防治工作的完善。Objective To investigate medical staffs knowledge about rabies in dog injured clinics of Chengdu, and to provide basis for standardized knowledge training on the medical staff working in the clinics. Methods Questionnaire investigation was carried out in 21 dog injury clinics of Chengdu. The questionnaire included the basic characteristics of the medical staff and their cognition on rabies. A database was established with Epida-ta3.02 and analyzed by SPSS15.0. Results Statistically differences （P 〈 O. 05 ） were identified on legal practice qualification and training of dogs injury among the medi- cal staff in three different degree clinics; difference was found on the significant basic knowledge of rabies, dog injury treatment and the overall scores between doe-tor and nurse （P 〈 0. 05 ）. There were statistical difference in dog injury treatme the bies three levels （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , district level as the highest.
