摘 要:目的:利用生物信息学找到大鼠脓毒血症的差异基因表达信息,为后期研究提供线索。方法:在公共基因芯片数据库GEO中找到大鼠脓毒血症基因芯片数据,并利用其筛选工具找到相关表达基因,随后对其进行生物学分析。结果:在大鼠脓毒血症组织中共找到275条表达基因,上调140条,下调135条,经过基因相互作用网络分析,筛选出其中的关键基因19条。结论:利用生物信息学方法能有效的分析基因芯片数据并获取生物内在信息,大鼠脓毒血症后多种基因表达发生改变,为确定其早期诊断标志与新治疗靶位开辟了新的思路。Objective: To find out rat sepsis-related gene expression information by bioinforrnatics for providing using clues for later study. Methods: The gene chip data of rat sepsis were obtained from GEO database, and its tools to identify the genes related to rat sepsis by bioinformatic analysis. Results: 275 differentially expressed genes were identified in rat sepsis samples, including 140 up-regulated and 135 down-regulated genes.19 key genes were screened by String networks. Conclusion: Bioinformatic analysis can effectively analyze the gene chip data, The pathogenesis of rat sepsis involves abnormal expression of multiple genes, and these data may benefit further investigation of the early diagnosis and treatment of sepsis.
