摘 要:火焰切割机是连铸系统的重要设备,其控制性能直接影响铸坯的割缝质量和定尺率。为了满足工艺要求,提高铸坯质量,将变频技术和控制技术有效集成,开发了新型火焰切割机控制系统。结合工程实例,介绍了火焰切割机工艺要求、控制系统的组成以及控制功能的实现,并给出了系统部分梯形图程序和变频器参数设置。实践表明,该系统运行稳定,定尺率高,具有较高的可靠性,而且节省电能,能够给企业带来更大的效益。Torch cutting machine is important for continuous casting system and its control perfor- mance directly influences billet cutting quality and cut-to-length rate. In order to meet process re- quirement and improve billet quality, frequency technology and control technology are integrated effec- tively, and thus, a new control system for torch cutting machine is developed. An example is taken to introduce the process demand, control system constitution and control function realization of the torch cutting machine. A few ladder diagram programs and converter parameter setting are demonstrated. Practice shows the system, running stably and giving high cut-to-length rate, is highly reliable and can bring more benefit to the enterprise by saving electric power.
