摘  要:对转底炉直接还原工艺特点及该工艺处理冶金粉尘、红土镍矿、复杂难选矿、钒钛磁铁矿、转底炉生产珠铁等进行了介绍,并对转底炉处理不同原料的工艺现状进行了分析。目前转底炉工艺在应用上仍有一些技术难题,需要不断完善转底炉工艺和设备,发展转底炉直接还原技术有利于促进国内直接还原产业的发展,对国家钢铁工业的结构调整提供技术支撑,对钢铁行业提高资源综合利用水平、节能降耗、实现可持续发展具有重要意义。The paper introduces the characteristics of direct reduction process for rotary hearth furnace and how it processes metallurgy dust, laterite nickel ore, complex rebellious ore and V-Ti bearing mag- netite ore in the production of iron bead, and analyzes the current process condition that rotary hearth furnace handles different raw materials. At present, there are still some technical difficulties in the practice of rotary hearth furnace process, and the process and equipment need to be improved. Never- theless, the direct reduction technology for rotary hearth furnace helps speed up the development of di- rect reduction industry in China, and provides technical support to state iron and steel industry restruc- ture, having profound meaning for iron and steel industry to lift comprehensive resource utilization lev- el, reserve energy and reduce consumption, and achieve sustainable development.
