河南油田含油污泥深部液流转向剂的研制与应用

摘　　要：在研究分析河南油田污水处理过程中伴生含油污泥组成及粒径分布的基础上,以油田含油污泥为主要原料,辅以JHW-1型悬浮剂、分散剂碳酸钠和NT-1固化剂等助剂,开发油、水井深部液流转向剂。实验表明,其浆体稳定、流变性和注入性好,有着较高的强度和较好的封堵性能,且成本低廉,适合大剂量深部注入。在河南油田现场应用62口井,消耗含油污泥11.31×104m3,阶段累计增油2.04×104t,降水13.59×104m3,增油、降水效果明显。Base on the analyses of the composition and grain size distribution of associated oily sludge in the process of produced water treatment in Henan Oilfield,deep diversion agents for oil and water wells are prepared.The agents are composed of main raw material which is oil sludge and accessory ingredients which contain suspending agent of JHW-I,dispersing agent of sodium carbonate and consolidating agent of NT-1,etc.The slurry has good stability,good rheological property behavior,high injection capacity,higher strength,better plugging capacity and low cost,which is suitable deep injection with large volume.The deep fluid diversion agent of 11.31×104m3 is applied in 62 wells in Henan Oilfield,resulting in the increase in oil production of 2.04×104t and the decrease in water production of 13.59×104m3.The application is effective.
