摘　　要：以SAGD项目为实例,根据项目的建设周期,先后运用有无对比、跟踪对比等方法,评价了项目的实施效果,建立了全生命周期经济评价指标体系和评价模式。研究表明:通过多角度、多层次的评价,得出实施SAGD项目,不仅项目自身产生了一定效益,拉动了产业链效益,带来了一定的社会效益。同时,还原了项目效益的真实面目,为重大开发试验项目的实施起到了指导作用。该项目的运用证明了文中提出的经济评价方法、指标体系和评价模式具有一定的适用性和创新性。The implementation effect of SAGD is evaluated and economic evaluation indicators and evaluation methods in life cycle are established based on the construction cycle of the project and by using 'with and without comparison' methods and tracing comparison methods.The study shows that the SAGD project not only results in economic benefit but also promotes industrial chain concerned with it and social benefit.The study results play a guide role in the implementation of SAGD project.Field application shows that the economic evaluation methods and indicator system has a certain adaptability and innovation.
