摘 要:为了探明梭锥管快速分离水沙两相流的机理,分别对梭锥管和普通装置进行了静水和动水沉降试验,获得了不同采样点的含沙量随时间的变化规律。结果表明:与普通装置相比,梭锥管内完成泥沙沉降所需的时间约为普通装置的67%;梭锥管内沉降面积相等的各采样点含沙量均随沉降时间的增加而迅速减小,且在相同时段各采样点的含沙量基本相等,与采样点的位置无关;梭锥管内布置锥圈后,缩短了泥沙的垂直沉降距离和沉降时间,并且沉降到锥圈上的泥沙能快速汇集到浑水通道,达到了快速分离水沙的目的。In order to explore the mechanism of rapid separation the water and sediment two-phase flow in the shuttle-conical tube, we carried on hydrostatic and hydrodynamic sedimentation tests in the shuttle-conical tube and common device separately and got sediment concentration variation law of the different sampling points with time. The results show that, compared with the common device, the required time of sediment settling completion in the shuttle-conical tube is about 67% of the common device ; the silt content of equal settlement area in the shuttle-conical tube decreases rapidly with settlement time increase of each sample point, and at the same time, the sediment concentration is almost equal at each sampling point, and has no relation with the position of the sampling point ; the conical circles arrangement in the shuttle-conical tube shortens the sediment vertical settlement distance and settling time, and the sediment which settle to the conical circles can quickly pack into the muddy water channel, to the rapid separation of water and sediment.
