海河流域城镇化与水资源利用关系研究

摘　　要：以水资源十分紧缺的海河流域城镇为研究对象,选择城镇化水平较高的北京市昌平区作为研究实例,对海河流域城镇发展与水资源开发利用关系进行定性定量研究。通过对昌平区经济社会发展过程中地区生产总值与用水、人均地区生产总值和万元GDP耗水的关系进行分析,认为人口和经济的增长是区域用水增加的主要动力,城镇化水平的提高可以推动区域用水结构的优化和用水效率的改善,进而促进区域水资源的科学合理使用。For study of urbanization with water resources scarcity in Haihe River basin, Changping District was selected as the object of study and the quantitative and qualitative research on development and utilization of water resources was taken. The paper analyzed the relationship between the gruss domestic product, per capita GDP and water consumption. The analysis concludes that water consumption growth is caused by the increases of pnpulation and gross domestic product, meanwhile the urbanization is also advancing in water-use structure and water utilization efficiency, for realizing lhe proper use of water resources regionally.
