摘 要:采用机械共混法制备了天然橡胶(NR)/顺丁橡胶(BR)/丁苯橡胶(SBR)/有机蒙脱土(OMMT)复合材料;用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对复合材料的结构进行了表征,并研究了OMMT对复合材料的物理机械性能、硫化性能、热稳定性能的影响。结果表明,该复合材料为插层型复合材料,添加5phr OMMT有利于提高复合材料力学性能、耐磨性能、热稳定性能,促进硫化,降低最低扭矩。Natural rubber (NR)/cis-1,4-polybutadiene (BR)/styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR)/or- ganic montmorill-onite(OMMT)composites were prepared by mechanical blending. The structure of composites were characterized by XRD(X-ray diffraction)and SEM(scanning electron microscope). The influence of the OMMT on the physical properties, vulcanized properties, thermal stability of com- posites were investigated. The results showed that the rubber molecular chains inserted into the OM MT layers and the composites were intercalated type of composites; The mechanical properties, anti- wear properties, thermal stability of composites were improved by addition of 5 percent of the OMMT. At the same time,the OMMT could accelerate sulfur vulcanization and reduce minimum torque.
