摘　　要：本文阐述了后行作业各个阶段的工作内容,并围绕后行作业的特点,后行作业的三个完整性目标及后行作业任务包这三个要素,结合任务包的的基本特征,给出了基于精益造船理念后行作业任务包分解结构图,为研究后行作业项目的时序关系奠定了基础。The work content in phases of post-construction is described. Combine the basic features of work packages and base on the philosophy of lean shipbuilding, the break- down structure of post-construction work packages is given around three elements： the fea- tures of post-constructions, the three integration goals of post-construction and the work package of post-construction.
