摘　　要：采用文献资料法、调查法和逻辑分析法等研究方法,从体育行业和体育企业对体育高职校外师资资源进行分析,更好地促进其开发与优化。结果表明:体育高职校外师资资源的开发与优化是体育高职教育发展的基础和保障;校外师资资源开发包括体育行业、体育企业和其他等师资资源,优化包括遴选优化、分类聘用与管理、竞争淘汰等。通过建立结构合理、专业水平过硬、具有体育高职执教能力的师资资源团队能达到最终服务于经济发展的目的。Using the method of the literature, investigation and logic analysis, it analyses the Off - campus Teach- er Resources of the sports vocational school from the aspects of the sports industry and sports enterprise to promote its development and optimization. The results ： The development and optimization of off - campus teacher resources is the basis and guarantee for higher vocational education of sports ; Off - campus Teacher Resources development is including the sports industry, sports enterprises and other teaching resources, optimization is including selection optimization, classification employment and management, competition, etc. Through the establishment of a teach- ers resources team with reasonable structure, high level of professional sports, ability of high sports vocational teaching can achieve the final purpose of serve for the economic development.
