摘 要:高炉炼铁排放的CO2是钢铁行业排放温室气体的主要来源,CO2的产生与高炉内众多因素相关。通过物料平衡计算与热平衡计算,分析了风温对焦比、碳排放量的影响,得出定性定量的关系,对高炉减排有指导意义。研究结果表明:风温在950~1 400℃时,每升高100℃,焦比降低10.20 kg/t,碳排放量减少17.06 m3/t。CO2 come out in iron making is the main source of greenhouse gas discharged by iron and steel in- dustry, and concerned with many factors in blast furnace. Based on material balance and heat balance calcu- lation, it is analyzed the influence of blast temperature on coke ratio and carbon discharge quantity, conclu- ded qualitative and quantitative relationships, and that has a guiding significance for carbon emission reduc- tion of blast furnace. It is showed from the research that the coke ratio would lower by 10.20 kg/t and the carbon discharge quantity would reduce by 17.06 m3/t for every temperature rising of 100 ℃ within 950 to 1 400℃.
