摘　　要：宣钢在生产含铝20g钢时实施了氩站喂铝线替代传统出钢加入铝合金工艺。过程跟踪与试验结果表明:铝线可以有效地加入钢水中,并获得高而稳定的铝收得率,钢水质量得到改善,可大幅降低脱氧合金化成本,经济效益明显。生产实践证明,该工艺在含铝钢的批量生产中可行。A new process of aluminum line feeding in argon - blowing station is applied in production of alu- minum - bearing 20g steel in Xuan Steel to replace the traditional one of adding aluminum alloy in tapping. It is showed from process tracking and test result that aluminum line can be effectively added into molten steel, high and steady aluminum yielding rate got, the quality of molten steel improved, the cost of deoxidation al- loying reduced to a large extent, economic profit excellent.
