摘　　要：介绍了唐钢冷轧钢的生产现状,分析了影响冷轧用SPHC钢中硫和硅含量的因素。提出了优化生产组织、控制好生产节奏;出钢挡渣操作,减少下渣量;降低浇余使用频次,热态浇余钢渣按半量回收使用;精炼前期一次喂足铝线,避免二次氧化的操作思路。It is introduced the present production situation of cold rolling steel in Tang Steel, analyzed the fac- tors to affect content of sulphur and silicon in SPHC steel used for cold rolling. It is proposed the following measures ： optimizing production organization, controlling production rhythm, applying slag - stopping oper- ation in tapping to reduce slag quantity, reducing using frequency of cast remaining, recovering and using half of the hot cast remained slag, feeding enough aluminum line at one time during the first stage of refining to avoid secondary oxidation.
