摘  要:针对承钢150 t转炉副枪自动炼钢出现的终点TSO取样碳含量与倒炉及吹氩站取样碳含量存在偏差较大的问题展开分析。通过对炉内TSO定氧量,钢水液位,渣厚,底吹效果等数据的收集整理,分析了钢液碳含量偏差较大的原因。采取改变机烧矿加入方式和时机、合理调整底吹流量及稳定兑钢量措施后,结合造渣量的多少、出钢钢流的观察,TSO结晶温度和氧电势的变化范围等操作经验,使TSO取样碳含量更具代表性。杜绝了实际生产中"假拉碳"现象,降低了炉衬腐蚀,为延长炉龄奠定了基础。It is analyzed the too large error of carbon content between end TSO sampling in automatic steel- making with sublance and turning - down sampling or sampling in argon - blown station in 150 t converter of Cheng Steel. Based on collection of data including TSO oxygen quantity in converter, molten steel level, slag thickness and bottom blown effect, it is analyzed the reason for the error. With measures adopted: chan- ging adding time and method for machine sinter, reasonably adjusting bottom blown quantity and stabilizing amount of blending steel; combined with operation experiences such as quantity of slag making, observation to molten steel flow in tapping, TSO crystallizing temperature and change range of oxygen potential and etc. , the carbon content in TSO sampling gets more representatives. The " false catch carbon" phenomena is elimi- nated in actual production, the erosion of furnace lining decreased, the furnace age can be prolonged.
