摘  要:青奥会特许经营,继奥运会、亚运会、大运会等国际大型赛事特许经营,再度蕴藏巨大商机,其特许商品知识产权保护有着特别需求与缘由,且实践环节复杂。因此,从核心层、紧密层与扩展层等不同维度,从国际条约、法律、法规与地方规章等不同法律效力,从国家行政与司法等不同手段,从其特许商品评审、上市到流通等不同环节,构建宏观与微观相结合、全程动态跟踪式的青奥会特许商品知识产权保护体系。Following the franchises of the Olympic Games, Asian Games, University Games and other international sports e- vents, Youth Olympic Games (YOG) franchise has once again raised tremendous potential business opportunities. Corresponding intellectual property protection of YOG licensed products lays down special demands and strict procedures, which is particularly intricate and complicated. In order to construct a macro- and micro-, dynamic and omniscient intellectual property protection system of YOG licensed products, it is obligatory to realize a massive breakthrough in terms of at least the following perspectives : firstly, different dimensions including the core layer, the dense layer and the extended layer; secondly, legal forces such as the international treaties, laws, regulations and local rules; thirdly, various means of state administration and justice; and finally, different phases throughout the evaluation and reviewing the legacy of licensed products, their marketing and circulation.
